Quebec natives Maude and Justin, who had to postpone their wedding twice due to the Covid pandemic, were finally able to celebrate their union on July 6, 2022. Their wedding, carefully orchestrated by Louisia from “Les Mariages de Mademoiselle L”, took place at Château de Garde in Moulon, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, offering a bucolic, country setting.
At Maude’s request, the wedding floral decoration was resolutely natural and unstructured, with a palette of white flowers enhanced by touches of antique purple, inspired by the sublime Amnesia roses, a favorite of the bride. The ceremony, bathed in gentle sunlight near the vineyards, took place under a hexagonal arch adorned with an asymmetrical floral design by your Villenave d’Ornon florist. The ceremony arch and aisle were magnificently flowered, creating an enchanted path dotted with designer floral arrangements.
The groomsmen wore charming boutonnieres composed of spray roses and gypsophila created by your floral designer, while the wedding ring box was embellished with a pretty succulent plant and a few gypsophila florets, adding a delicate vegetal touch. The bridesmaids were adorned with lovely bouquets to match the bride’s. Maude’s exceptional bouquet, designed by LP Floral Designer, was unstructured and elegant, with roses, lisianthus, astilbes, astrantias, peonies and a few touches of antique violet, highlighting the magnificent Amnesia rose.
In the reception hall, the wedding tables were decorated with table runners featuring foliage in shades of green and bluish-gray, complemented by dahlias, lisianthus, carnations and roses. The room’s wooden beams were also adorned with foliage, adding a fresh touch to the atmosphere.
Every detail of this floral wedding was an ode to the beauty of nature, capturing Maude and Justin’s love and joy in an idyllic and enchanting setting.
